J’ai effectué mon cours d’Open Water Instructor chez 3W Dive à Gili Air, et je peux dire que ce fut l’une des meilleures décisions de mon parcours de plongeuse. J’ai choisi ce centre parce que tout m’a semblé évident dès le début : une ambiance familiale, un grand professionnalisme et une attention constante portée à la sécurité, un point essentiel pour moi. Dès le premier jour, je me suis sentie en confiance.
Mon instructeur, Sébastien, a fait toute la différence. Ce que j’ai le plus apprécié chez lui, c’est son honnêteté, sa disponibilité et son implication. Il est toujours là pour aider, mais surtout, il prend le temps de connaître chaque élève, de comprendre ses motivations, ses peurs et ses besoins. Cet accompagnement personnalisé est vraiment précieux. Le moment qui m’a le plus marqué a été notre entretien en tête-à-tête entre les deux semaines de formation. Les conseils que Sébastien m’a donnés m’ont énormément aidée, motivée et encouragée pour la suite de mon parcours. C’est un échange que je n’oublierai jamais.
La formation était parfaitement organisée. Nous avons reçu un programme détaillé des 20 jours, ce qui nous permettait de savoir exactement quoi réviser, quels exercices préparer et comment progresser chaque jour. Cette organisation m’a permis d’aborder la formation avec sérénité malgré son intensité. Aujourd’hui, je me sens prête à 100 % à enseigner la plongée. Cette formation m’a donné toutes les clés pour transmettre ma passion en toute sécurité et avec confiance. L’ambiance au sein du centre est tout simplement incroyable. Entre les rires, les moments de doute, les larmes de joie et les réussites partagées, nous avons créé de vrais liens. Une vrai tribu!
Mon meilleur souvenir restera la fin de la formation, lorsque toute l’équipe du centre et les élèves se sont retrouvés pour célébrer la réussite de l’examen. C’était un moment rempli d’émotion et de fierté.
Je recommande cette formation à 100 %. Préparez-vous à vivre deux semaines très intenses, aussi bien sur le plan émotionnel que dans les apprentissages. Les exigences de Sébastien sont élevées, mais elles ont un véritable objectif : faire de vous un instructeur compétent et confiant. À la fin de cette aventure, je me suis réellement sentie prête à passer mon examen et à commencer ma carrière d’instructrice de plongée. After completing my Divemaster, I was looking for the right place to do my ITC. I compared different training centres and decided to do mine with 3W Dive and Seb, and I’m really happy I did!
One of the things that stood out to me from the start was that Seb took the time to get to know me before I had even signed up. Safety, effective teaching, and protecting the beautiful underwater world we get to enjoy are values that are important to me, and I found those same values throughout the entire course. Seb creates a relaxed but professional learning environment where you’re challenged, supported, and encouraged to keep improving. And I can honestly say that I enjoyed doing the course so much! It was hard work, but also so much fun!!
What made this course complete was the three day internship after the IE, where we got to assist instructors and see how the divecentre actually operates day to day. It wasn’t just learning the standards from the books, we got to see how everything comes together in real life.

The story at 3W was just beginning when I arrived for my Dive Master almost three months ago.
During my training, I wondered about how the ITC would work. Seb took the time to explain it to me, making it clear that it would be intense. But I signed up to continue the adventure.
We are three on the team, and we clicked right away. The first three days are dedicated to getting to know each other, wo go on fun dive and introduce ourselves. This helps to reduce the pressure a bit.
And then we start the heart of the course. The days in class are long, but the atmosphere within the group makes these sessions much more fun. The lectures and presentations follow one after another, as do the pool sessions.
The beginnings were a little difficult, but thanks to Seb's work and advice, improvements are noticeable. These three weeks are flying by, there have been moments of doubt, setbacks, but also laughter and sharing. The exam is coming, we are ready.
During these training periods, I not only learned a job but I also learned a lot about myself.
