Le contenu p\u00e9dagogique peut \u00eatre dispens\u00e9 en une dizaine de jours, mais la plupart des candidats b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de deux \u00e0 trois semaines, ce qui permet de r\u00e9p\u00e9ter les pr\u00e9sentations p\u00e9dagogiques, d’avoir suffisamment de temps en piscine pour atteindre un niveau de d\u00e9monstration, et de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer avant l’examen d’instructeur.
